Baldwin House: Building Community

Baldwin House Collective was created out of Ward 1 Mutual Aid when Natacia Knapper was at risk of losing housing. This interview was done at the Baldwin House Collective's Juneteenth 2022 celebration to learn more about their efforts to buy their building using the Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA) and community organizing.
